New York District Attorney Roger 'Butch' Karp faces one of his most challenging cases when his wife Marlene Ciampi learns that his office has indicted the wrong man for murder. Karp must go up against his own NYPD to catch and prosecute the real killer. Approached by the mother of the unjustly accused defendant, Marlene must risk her life to prove that the confession is false and the case is a sham.
